We're looking for an adaptable and enthusiastic Supply Chain Manager to work in a business with culture at it's heart. The successful candidate must be comfortable in a non-rigid and fast-paced environment, very much with a start up mentality. Retail experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee a supply chain team to efficiently fulfill the business's objectives and meet key targets and personal goals within specified timelines and budgets.
• Formulate strategies, policies, and procedures aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and continually achieving improvements, such as cost reduction and improved efficiencies/SLAs.
• Assume responsibility for ensuring the team's compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Regularly review and report on progress, proactively address challenges, and resolve issues in a timely and composed manner.
• Demonstrate experience in establishing third-party contracts with logistics providers.
• Act as the primary point of contact for external logistics partners on a global scale.
• Collaborate as a key stakeholder across the organization, setting an example by working closely with finance, commercial, customer service, and product development teams.
• Exhibit a proven ability to manage multiple interfaces within both internal and external organizations, including suppliers and customers.
• Lead with a customer-centric approach in all aspects of the role.
• Collaborate with the distribution manager to select carriers, negotiate contracts and rates, and ensure the provision of the best possible service at competitive rates.
