Job Summary:

We are looking for a Solutions Design Consultant to join a rapidly expanding Consultancy. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to help shape this approach. They will be highly analytical, have a strong warehouse design background and will be instrumental in helping the business offer this skillset to customers and share expertise with the current team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading business analysis and diagnostic processes
• Building an understanding of client businesses, sectors and markets
• Workstream design to convert defined business issues into realistic and deliverable plans
• Management of project workstreams including but not limited to:
• Defining and agreeing workstream benefits cases
• Managing and ensuring effective delivery of workstream meetings
• Internal Libra Consulting reporting and governance relating to project(s) delivery
• Client workstream team and taskforce engagement, management and development
• Supporting the development of project solutions
• Coaching and mentoring of client project and work stream leads in Warehouse best practice

Skills and Qualifications:

• Able to demonstrate successfully implemented solutions
• High level of analytical ability and proficient in the use of Excel, Access, Visio etc
• Experience of using warehouse design software Autocad, Class or similar
• Commercial awareness and understanding of key costs and cost drivers within the supply chain
• Awareness of relevant industry legislation
• Experience of working in teams
• Strong written communication: training materials, presentations, client reports
• Strong interpersonal skills
• A passion to learn, educate others and be involved with a progressive company
• An ability to understand and articulate complex issues in a clear and concise manner
