Solutions Design Manager, £40,000 - £50,000 Benefits, Flexible across the UK
Are you an experienced Solutions Design Manager with a strong background in change management? If so, we want to hear from you! In this role you'll lead project teams, working directly with clients to agree and deliver agreed objectives.
Who you'll be working for
Our client is an established consultancy business with an impressive client portfolio, with ongoing projects across the UK, Europe & the US. You will be required to travel to client sites so must be flexible on location and willing to stay away during the week.
What you'll be doing
- Supporting business analysis and diagnostic processes
- Building an understanding of client businesses, sectors and markets
- Workstream design to convert defined business issues into realistic and deliverable plans
- Managing and ensuring effective delivery of workstream meetings
- Coaching and mentoring of client project and work stream leads in Warehouse best practice
What we need from you
- Experience in a warehouse solution design role
- Able to demonstrate successfully implemented solutions
- High level of analytical ability and proficient in the use of Excel, Access, Visio etc
- Experience of using warehouse design software Autocad, Class or similar
- Commercial awareness and understanding of key costs and cost drivers within
- the supply chain
- Awareness of relevant industry legislation
- Experience of working in teams
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
