Are you a strategic Procurement professional looking for a great new career move?

This role is a fantastic global category management role managing a high value spend across a number of sites.

What will the role involve?

Developing and implementing procurement category strategies on a global scale
Driving sourcing and procurement projects from start to finish
Leading best cost country sourcing opportunities
Tendering, contract negotiation and contract management
Managing supplier relationships and driving improvements in supplier performance
Delivering savings, cash flow improvements, innovation and quality
Establishing best-practice processes to drive maximum value
Acting as the main point of contact for internal stakeholder queries

You will ideally have…

Proven experience in a strategic procurement role with remit for multi-site operation
Category management and strong negotiation skills / commercial acumen
Good analytical skills and knowledge of Excel
CIPS qualification (or willingness to work towards)
