Cast UK have been appointed to recruit a Supply Chain Coordinator for an exciting growing manufacturing/distribution business within the Midlands. As a Supply Chain Associate, you will be responsible for coordinating the end-to-end supply chain of the UK and EU operation.

An ideal candidate will have an analytical and pragmatic approach to problems, be able to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and be able to work both in teams and autonomously.

What You'll Do:

• Responsible for managing inventory and planning supply for UK and Europe
• Managing procurement and liaising with the wider team on requirements for the business.
• Handling daily transactions and documentation of UK and Europe operations.
• Communicating with freight providers to ensure distribution of products is completed on time in full.
• Act as the bridge between the warehousing operations teams and the SLT team.

What You'll Need to Have:

• Experience within supply chain is desirable.
• Highly driven and process-oriented individual.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets - (Pivot Tables, V Look Ups and Sum Ifs as a minimum)
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Enthusiastic, agile and willing to learn
