Role Profile

Calling all hands-on Supply Chain Managers with experience managing Planning, Customer Service and Warehousing in a fast-paced manufacturing environment!

What will the role involve?

• Managing end to end Supply Chain for a busy manufacturing site
• Overseeing Planning, Customer Service and Warehousing activities
• Driving improvements in planning processes and supporting Lean Manufacturing activities
• Working as part of the site Leadership team
• Leading, coaching and developing the Supply Chain team

Ideal skills and experience

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Proven hands-on experience in material planning, production scheduling and inventory management
• Track record of delivering improvements and efficiencies in key areas such as Inventory Optimisation, Cost Savings and Capacity Planning
• Proven experience managing supply chain teams, including coaching and developing planners to drive high performance
• Good working knowledge of MRP / ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or others

Remuneration

£45,000 - £55,000, flexible working and a great benefits package
