Sustainability Manager
Location: Crewe
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000

We are a looking for a Sustainability Manager to join our industry leading client based in Crewe. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sustainability initiatives, as well as identifying and investigating new opportunities to reduce the company's carbon footprint.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage sustainability strategies, systems, and processes
• Analyse data, identify trends, and assess the impact of existing and potential initiatives
• Monitor and report on the performance of sustainability initiatives
• Supporting the organisation to successfully execute its ESG Strategy
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation
• Research and evaluate new technologies and processes to reduce carbon emissions
• Develop and maintain relationships with external organisations and industry bodies
• Ensure sustainability initiatives are communicated to stakeholders and the public

Technical Skills Required:

• Excellent knowledge of the principles of sustainability
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proven project management experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations
• Experience in a role focused on sustainability management or consulting.
• Willingness and ability to travel nationally as necessary.
