Our client is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join their team in Bradford. The successful candidate will be responsible for the recruitment of top-level professionals into the business.
The Talent Acquisition Business Partner will be required to:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates and internal stakeholders.
* Identify and source potential candidates by researching and networking.
* Evaluate and screen candidates to ensure they are qualified for the role.
* Conduct interviews, both in-person and over the phone.
* Build a talent pool of qualified candidates for future roles.
* Develop and implement recruitment strategies, including advertising, job fairs, and employee referral programs.
* Analyse data and metrics to measure recruitment performance and effectiveness.
* Monitor and update job postings and job descriptions.
* Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
The ideal candidate will have the following technical skills and qualities:
* Previous experience in a Talent Acquisition role.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
* Thorough understanding of recruitment laws and regulations.
* Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and other recruitment technologies.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
