This well-known Consumer Brand is recruiting for a Talent Acquisition to join a team with a really positive culture who provide recruiting support across functions within this leading business. If a supporting and creative environment gets the best out of in your search for talent, this job opportunity is the ideal environment to develop recruitment campaigns and partner vital functions to get the best people in place and build on their already excellent performance. The ideal candidate will have internal recruitment experience within a fast-paced environment and the ability to forecast demand, develop campaigns and strategies, develop effective relationships and deliver on key metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide end to end recruitment services with a focus on key metrics such as time to hire, time in process and diversity,
• Regular reporting of performance and key metrics,
• Ensure a high level of partnership with hiring managers, briefing roles in depth as well as agreeing milestones and project managing the recruitment process,
• Develop omnichannel attraction strategies to reach desired audience and ensure high levels of ROI when doing so,
• Be an expert in your field providing MI, competitor benchmarking & insight and support the brand to position themselves as a market leading employer,
• Maintain high levels of communication throughout with all stakeholders, both internal and external,

Skills & Experience:

• In-house experience within a fast-paced environment,
• Experience within a matrix organisation is ideal,
• Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrable ability to develop relationships,
• Experience developing recruitment strategies and campaigns,
