The Role

We are looking for an experienced Transport Administrator to join our client's dynamic team. You will be working as part of a team responsible for managing the transport and distribution of goods.

Your duties will include:

• Coordinating the transport of goods within a given timeframe.
• Liaising with suppliers and customers to ensure goods are delivered on time.
• Monitoring and tracking goods in transit.
• Ensuring goods are maintained in good condition.
• Assisting with the loading and unloading of goods.
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation.
• Ensuring compliance with legal and safety regulations.
• Resolving any problems or queries related to transport.

Technical Skills Required:
 

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Previous experience in a Transport Administration role would be advantageous.
