Job Title: Country Manager

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Country Manager to join our Final Mile industry. This is an exciting opportunity to lead our UK operations, utilizing your in-depth knowledge of the industry and the local market.
The successful candidate should have an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong sense of business acumen. They will be highly organised, have excellent communications skills and be able to work independently and manage a team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and profitability of the company in the UK
- Manage the UK operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning
- Monitor and analyse market trends and customer behaviour
- Identify opportunities for growth and new business development
- Liaise with stakeholders and key partners to ensure collaboration
- Develop and manage relationships with customers and vendors
- Monitor customer satisfaction and take corrective action
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
Technical Skills:
- Extensive experience in the Final Mile industry
- Proven track record in leading teams
- Knowledge of market trends, customer behaviour and revenue management
- Excellent strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting skills
- Strong business acumen and commercial awareness
- Excellent communication and negotiations skills
- Highly organised and able to work independently
