Cast have partnered with Tian Tian Market a East Asian & South East Asian Supermarket business based in Beckton, who are looking to strengthen its senior management team with the recruitment of an experienced Warehouse Manager.

As the Warehouse Manager, you will have full operational accountability for the warehouse operation, reporting into the General Manager. But also heavily involved with the initial design and set-up of the Warehouse You will provide leadership to a team of site operations managers to ensure the efficient and cost-effective fulfilment of customer requirements.
What we need from you?

Required skills:

• Experience of working within a warehouse environment
• Experience of project management within a warehouse environment
• Experience of working within a fast-paced food distribution centre.
• FLT Licence preferred
• Knowledge of Multi Temperature Chambers.
• Proven experience of supervising / managing a team
• Experience of disciplinary / grievance procedures.
• A good communicator both verbal and written
• Excellent PC skills
• A flexible team-based approach
• General awareness of health and safety
• Mandarin speaking
