Warehouse Manager

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to join our expanding Logistics team in Tilbury. The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient running of the warehouse, including monitoring stock levels and managing staff.
The Warehouse Manager will be expected to:
* Plan and coordinate the receipt, storage and delivery of goods.
* Oversee the accurate picking, packing and dispatching of orders.
* Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
* Allocate resources and manage staff to ensure that the warehouse runs smoothly.
* Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed.
* Monitor stock levels and report any discrepancies.
The ideal candidate should possess the following technical skills:
- Ideally have e-commerce experience
- Extensive experience of warehouse management.
* Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Strong organisational and leadership abilities.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
* Up-to-date knowledge of health and safety regulations.
