The Role

As Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a diverse team of supervisors, operatives, and administrators. You'll play a key role in developing people, managing 3PL relationships, and improving operational efficiency. A natural relationship-builder, you will gain the trust and respect of your workforce, while also delivering results through strong performance management and effective change leadership.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading, coaching, and developing warehouse teams to achieve operational targets.

  • Implementing and supporting continuous improvement initiatives and change management.
  • Building strong working relationships across supply chain, sales, procurement, and transport.
  • Promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration, and respect.

About You

We're looking for a leader who is calm, approachable, and methodical, with the ability to engage and motivate others. You'll combine a hands-on approach with a strategic mindset, ensuring the day-to-day runs smoothly while driving long-term improvements.

You will bring:

  • Previous experience in a Warehouse Manager or Supervisor role within FMCG, logistics, or distribution.
  • Strong people management skills with the ability to inspire trust and improve team performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A track record of delivering operational efficiencies and driving continuous improvement.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on detail and quality.
  • Experience in change management and process improvement.

If you are an approachable leader with a passion for people and performance, and you thrive in a fast-moving environment, we'd love to hear from you.
