Role Profile

We are seeking a Warehouse Operatives to join our team in Southam. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our warehouse, maintaining accurate stock levels, picking and packing customer orders, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods. This company offers a fantastic culture and work-life balance. They are offering a 36 hour permanent contract over 4 days, not including weekends or late nights!

Responsibilities:

* Receiving and processing incoming stock and materials

* Picking and filling orders from stock

* Packing and shipping orders to customers

* Organising and maintaining inventory and storage areas

* Performing general warehouse duties, such as cleaning and organising

* Assist in cycle and stock counts as directed by the operational management team

* Maintain high levels of Health and Safety standards

Requirements:

* Experience working in a warehouse environment

* Excellent organisational and time management skills

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy

* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

* Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
