Role Profile
Our client, who is a market leading business based in Lancashire, are looking to recruit a Warehouse Supervisor to join their well-established team based in Lancashire. Reporting into the Operations Manager, you will be responsible of a medium sized team across a variety of departments and it will be part of your role to develop and upskill the staff that report into you. The shift patterns are any 5 from 7, rotating across a 6am-2pm/2pm-10pm rota.

Skills & Experience

• Experience managing medium sized teams within fast paced operations.
• You must have a proven-track record of developing people within your team, including organic growth, PDP's etc.
• Managing intricate KPI's and ensuring standards are being adhered to
• Experience working within a challenging environmentl
• Experience implementing new systems would be beneficial
• SAP experience would be highly desirable
• Coaching & developing your team
