WE NEED YOU

A highly motivated Warehouse Supervisor with great people skills and team management experience.

Who you'll be working for:
Our client is a leading distributor who has had huge growth over recent years. The business focuses exclusively on design, product quality and reliability, supported by a fast, efficient team providing excellent service to all customers. You will work Monday - Friday, rotating across a 6am-3pm and 1:30pm-10:30pm shift reporting into the Warehouse Shift Manager.

What you'll be doing:

* Providing day to day support to the warehousing team.

* Managing and developing your own team.

* Ensuring Picking and Packing Operations are carried out efficiently.

* Creating a safe working environment for all warehouse operatives.

What we need from you:

* Experience of working within a high-volume warehouse environment

* Understanding of using quality principles, continuous improvement and other associated tools and techniques.

* Computer literate in Microsoft Software.

* Commitment to learning and development of the team and yourself.
