Role Profile
Our client, who is an established business, are looking to recruit a Business Process Improvement Specialist to be based at their site in Dublin. Reporting into the Finance Director, you'll be responsible for ensuring SOP's are in place across the business from ordering stock to getting paid, ensuring KPI's and measures are in place to track progress. Working in a multi-faceted role, you'll work with different business functions including operations, customer services, finance and purchasing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Map best practice processes across the business and different functions
  • Design and promote customer journey process, reporting on related KPI's
  • Creating and delivery of training material on best practice to ensure adherence
  • Review and implement structural and system changes to streamline business and improve processes
  • Create and carry out annual program of internal audits on processes
  • Create business continuity plan
  • Manage GDPR and data requests
  • Lead digital transformation by streamlining business processes to deliver operational improvement
  • Drive automation of core business functions to improve efficiency

Key Skills & Experience

  • Degree qualified, ideally in Business, Finance or IT related subject
  • Proven experience in process improvement with knowledge of programme/ project or change management
  • A background working in a supply chain, logistics, manufacturing or retail business is highly desirable
  • Ability to work cross functionally and communicate at all levels
  • Strong IT skills, with experience having been involved in IT projects
  • Data-driven and high attention to detail

Remuneration
€40,000 - €50,000 + Benefits
