Role Profile

As the exclusive recruitment partner for Bunzl Catering group, Cast UK have been instructed to recruit a Commerical Analyst for their AGGORA team covering. This role is to serve as the primary responsibility owner for all commercial data and analysis with a view to developing and implementing new processes and ways of working. The role will be a critical in helping to drive sales growth, margin improvements, cost savings and increase levels of control throughout the business.

AGGORA Catering Solutions are looking for a brilliant Commercial Analyst to come and join the team. Working alongside the both the Finance and IT team this role will allow you the freedom to work independently with as much entrepreneurial and analytical spirit as you can muster.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interpreting data and using reporting tools to provide recommendations for strategic decision-making.
  • Working closely with the IT Team, develop reports and departmental KPI structures that can be utilised by stakeholders across the business to drive performance improvement.
  • Acts as a conduit between Sales, Operations, Purchasing and Finance ensuring that all commercial elements of customer relationships are understood, reported, and maximised.
  • Analysing how the business best utilises what can be constrained resources to maximise performance.
  • Review of service pricing and sales strategies to ensure the commercial offers are made to customers and margin is maximised.
  • Provision of sales and margin analysis, including recommendations and delivery of improvement activities.
  • Working with Sales and Purchasing drive customer profitability improvements through the design, implementation, and maintenance of cost to serve and customer profitability models.
  • Review of commercial terms and conditions on new and existing contracts to ensure to ensure opportunities are maximised and risks minimised.
  • Assisting the Finance and Sales Director in resolving contractual and commercial problems.
