Role Profile

Cast UK are recruiting a Customer Services Project Manager position for an e-commerce business in West Yorkshire, who are of the fastest growing businesses in the UK. The candidate will support the development of their customer services department, improving the customer journey, streamlining and improving processes and developing systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ability to map out and develop customer journey
  • Improve current systems, driving a more streamlined and efficient process
  • Support and guide customer services team to deliver high quality service
  • Work with Customer Services Manager on team KPI's
  • Improve and develop effective SOP's

Required Skills & Experience

  • Good customer service experience
  • E-commerce or retail experience beneficial
  • Good knowledge of CS systems is essential
  • Good stakeholder management skills
