Role Profile
Our client, a leading FMCG business are looking at bringing on a demand planner to join their team and develop with the business. They are wanting a candidate who knows the process of demand planning but who is wanting to learn and work closely with the team.
This is an excellent opportunity to work for a successful business and contribute during an exciting period of process improvement.
Key areas of responsibility will include:
- Managing all activities for the supply of Materials, Inventory and Stock
- Working across departments ensuring the collaboration is reflected in the accurate forecasts and feedback
- Actively contributing to Planning and Supply Chain meetings and develop processes
- Providing reports and analysis on performance against forecast and KPIs relating to supply chain and inventory
- Implement initiatives to improve processes and systems
Skills and Experience
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience of Supply Chain / Demand planning within a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Good working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems
- Strong excel skills
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Passion for continuous improvements
It is not a necessity but if you have experience working with Slimstock or Slim4 that would be a big benefit
