Role Profile

Cast UK are supporting our client, who is a leading logistics business, in their recruitment process of a Warehouse Development Team Manager , based in Northampton. Reporting to the Warehouse Team Manager who you will support within a busy Distribution Centre.

Key Accountabilities:

All processes followed as detailed in the new SOPs.
Ensure that vehicles are loaded/unloaded in a safe and timely manner to meet department deadlines.
Develop your team to ensure they are all able to work in other areas and take responsibility.
Work in partnership with other departments and Distribution centres within the network to ensure our service delivery meets customer expectations.

Skills & Experience

My client is looking for an experienced individual who has a proven track-record of working within FMCG logistics or 3PL environments.
Able to work on own initiative with minimum supervision.
Comfortable leading a team in a busy environment, providing leadership and development to the team.
Resilient.
