Finance Team Leader

Role Title:

Finance Team Leader

Role Profile:

The successful candidate will provide additional support between the Head of Finance and the Finance Team, ensuring timely and accurate data and developing and mentoring the Finance Team.

Responsibilities include:

• Line management of two Accounts Officers and four Finance Assistants,
• Regular reporting of data entry progress, with a particular focus on month end,
• Monitoring of Profit and Loss figures, identifying trends and exceptions, before liaising with the Finance Business Partner and Had of Finance

• Review and monitoring of Balance sheet including control accounts, bank reconciliations, ledger closedowns etc
• Liaise with other departments to provide relevant financial information and assistance,

Skills & Experience

• Experience with Access Dimensions preferred but not essential,
• Excel and MS Office competency,
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop others,

Remuneration

£35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience, plus benefits,
