Role Profile

Our client is a fast-paced, high-volume logistics business, and are looking to recruit a Franchise Development Manager for their Business in London. This is a business going from strength to strength and are rapidly expanding, this role will be to oversee new franchisees and providing training and information on business policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for finding, training and supporting franchises
  • Operate all marketing activities related to awareness of franchise
  • Build strong relationships with franchises
  • Manage and support all phases of the franchise development process including market planning, site selection and approval, real estate contracts, permitting, construction and opening
  • Attain planned franchise development action approvals
  • Utilise project management processes to develop and maintain a pipeline of projects

  • Significant experience working in franchising management
  • Advanced influencing, negotiation and sales skills
  • Knowledge of franchises development processes
  • Superb organisation skills
  • Adaptability and flexibility in how you support the team
