Role Profile
Our client, who is a leading Logistics business, are looking for a Freight Forwarder based in Manchester. You will be responsible for the day to day management of key client accounts. The role will also cover the development of growing business accounts and relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure all clients have a detailed SOP
Provide an exceptional level of service to all customers
Booking in orders, both Import and Export
Maintain and monitor service expectations of your clients, in-line with the SOP/SLA
Achieve profit growth through effective commercial management of each client
Support business development team on new business opportunities
Manage the process of transition from prospect to client for new business
