Cast UK are supporting a growing client with the recruitment of a Head of Rider for their expanding operation based in Central London. The role will be responsible for managing the day-to-day rider operations, managing shift patterns and ensuring deliveries are made on time and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring excellent communication and coordination within the rider team
- Plan, direct, and manage all rider operations including onboarding, shift management, route planning and delivery efficiency
- Ensuring high driver quality through training and performance
- Create and implement plans to improve the rider performance
Experience, Skills & Personal Attributes
- Previous experience of working within a start-up would be advantageous
- Ability to manage large onboarding programs
- Hands-on leadership experience
- Ability to solve complex problems
