Cast UK are supporting a growing client with the recruitment of a Head of Warehouse Operations for their expanding operation based in Central London. The role will be responsible for managing warehouse managers and supervisors to plan the operations needs, from inventory to goods out.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and manage for all warehouse operations
• Implement and monitor compliance, asset protection, safety controls, overseeing staff safety
• Develop and implement action plans to improve performance
• Support the warehouse team in their recruiting plans

Experience, Skills & Personal Attributes

• Previous experience of working within a start-up would be advantageous
• Demonstrated ability to manage large onboarding programs
• Hands-on leadership experience
• Ability to solve complex problems
