Role Profile

Cast UK are delighted to be working in partnership with one of our key clients as they look to recruit a National Operations Manager. The National Operations Manager is a pivotal part of the leadership team for our client and will work with a network of Depot Managers who oversee the day to day operation for their region.

Key Accountabilities:

• Be ultimately responsible for the overall P&L and productivity for each of the operating sites in the network ensuring that activities are cost effective
• Maintain and improve performance levels to maximise efficiency of operation in line with account KPI's
• Ensure a degree of consistency across the network by harnessing best practice
• Support Managers with counselling, coaching and the development of all employees.
• Analyse customer feedback/information & propose innovative ideas to enhance

Skills & Experience

• Our client is looking for an experienced individual who has a proven track-record of working within a fast paced 24/7 logistics environment
• Adept at leading, coaching and developing a team of both experienced and inexperienced Depot Manager
• Must possess a continuous improvement mindset and be able to identify and rectify loss making activities across the network
