Job role:
As a Quality Compliance Specialist, you'll be building on your analytic skills to strengthen the existing team in Leicester.
Experience within the medical industry is key for this role, we're looking for applicants who have experience using medical devices and those can effectively communicate with members of their team and other stakeholders.
Effective communication and teamwork will be utilised to a great effect here. You will help to drive your colleagues forward, working within a fast-paced environment to meet the demands of your clients. We are searching for a candidate who can lead a team to achieve real results. A true team leader. Charismatic and driven. Someone who inspires their team to be at their best every time.
Your key responsibilities as Quality Compliance Specialist will include:
- Ensure all medical devices comply with appropriate European Directives and UK & Ireland legislation.
- Ensure our growing clients high standards are met and even exceeded, whilst also maintaining ISO13485/EC accreditation.
- Implement training programmes and create a quality driven culture within your team.
- Deal with customer complaints and ensure the company's reputation continues to be of the highest standard.
- Ensure OUR Quality Management System meets the requirements of the NHS Labour Standards Assurance System (LSAS)
Skills & Experience:
Candidates applying for this role must be able demonstrate a high degree of attention to detail and methodical approach to your work. This is a fast-moving business that will require the successful candidate to be able to work at speed whilst multi-tasking with an array of administrative tasks. The ability to communicate effectively with internal colleagues and external suppliers and regulatory bodies is a prerequisite.
To ensure success in this role, candidates must be able to demonstrate a desire for excellent customer service and a willingness to be flexible in the variety of tasks you will be required to lead. It is also of significant importance that candidates have strong administration and PC skills.
