Our client, who is a growing business in the food sector, are looking to recruit a Transport Manager to join their team in East London. Running in a busy transport department on the night shift, you will be required to manage drivers performance, route planning as well the warehouse. Reporting into the Operations Director.
Requirement
- Manage a team of 10+ drivers
- Manage route planning effectively
- Managing the despatch of all vehicles
- A hands on approch would be needed in the role
- Manage the warehouse despatch process on the night shift
Skills & Benefits
- Experience within a fast paced food enviroment desirable
- Experience in an overnight transport set up
