Role Profile
Cast UK are supporting a growing Logistics business with the recruitment of a Warehouse Manager for their new operation based in Birmingham. Reporting to the Director, you will work Monday - Friday while being flexible to the wider business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Supports small team of warehouse staff to supervise, organise, advise, motivate and engage a team.
• Management of performance, discipline and grievance, timekeeping and absence management
• Ensuring a safe, clean and environmentally compliant work environment and building a culture where safety is a priority.
• Keep track, maintain and report on KPI's associated with the Warehouse Department

Skills & Experience

• Experience of a site start up would be highly beneficial
• E-commerce background is essential
• A proven record of hitting targets and improving standards
• Excellent IT skills
• Resourceful, resilient and solution driven.
• Ability to communicate appropriately both verbally and in written and electronic forms with all levels of business.
