Extensive Logistics experience for some of the UK's best-known businesses and operating at strategic multi-site level, this candidate is a leader in their field and someone who will be a fantastic asset for their next employer.

With YOY increases to profit, multiple system implementation projects, increases to fleet size and customer base in their most recent role, they played a key part in further developing a £70m t/o business adding significant value.

What makes them great?

• P&L responsibility for £70m t/o business with a fleet size of over 300 vehicles and a number of regional sheds
• Experience in both third-party operators and in-house fleets for well-known organisations
• Lead Ledmber of key projects including but not limited to; new site startups, WMS/TMS implementation, CAPEX fleet expansions, targeting of additional revenue streams, and improvement of operating metrics through strategic development
• Really strong management experience, with the ability to nurture and develop a workforce to better meet operational goals

• 10x increase to EBITDA from 2021 to 2022
• Experience with both general haulage and final mile delivery operations
• Responsibility for significant YOY 6 and 7 figure savings against flex
• Re-designed delivery operations, including implementation of a number of systems to boost efficiencies, profitability and better meet agreed SLA's
• Euro VI compliant as of 2023
• Consistently achieved over 99% OTIF including within operations with 1,000,000+ yearly deliveries
• Fantastic ability to develop ongoing client relationships and develop new relationships/business
