•    Focus on fleet utilisation and optimizing trailer fill.
•    IOSH accredited.

•    Experience managing operations and compliance for a large fleet of vehicles, including 50+ vehicles across multiple operating centres nationwide.
•    Track record of identifying and driving new projects, as well as developing new business and managing key customer accounts.
•    Experience leading and managing teams, such as a small planning team and over 30 drivers. They also have a leadership and management diploma.
