The Role

• Day to day management of the end-to-end supply of category/product range
• Work closely with warehousing team to develop 100% availability for products across the supply chain.
• Efficiently manage supply and demand planning of your category.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders across the supply chain, procurement, and logistics network.
• Reduce stock loss, improve forecast accuracy, and stock availability.
• Design and implement inventory management processes.
• Work closely with wider leadership colleagues to contribute to consistent ways of working across different functions and teams.

The Candidate

• At least 5 years' experience, preferably in FMCG or working with a perishable inventory in a temperature-controlled environment.
• A solid record of achievement, a 'go getter' attitude
• Resilient, collaborative, energetic. Ready to get your hands dirty and develop within the company
• An Excel Wizard!
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across a variety of stakeholders.
• A natural leader and passionate about your work, able to be a beacon for the values of the company.

Remuneration

£50,000 - £60,000
