Role Profile
Our client is a world- class communication coaching company who is looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to join their team and grow the corporate branch of their business. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has a strong commercial acumen, excellent people and project management skills and be passionate about personal development.
Key Responsibilities
- Identifying opportunities through existing client base and historic corporate clients
- Generate new leads and revenue in line of company targets
- Identify and develop Key Market Sectors and potential clients lists
- Handling Incoming enquiries from companies and offer relationship management throughout
- Managing coach involvement end to end including debriefings
Skills & Experience
- Experience in B2B Sales and L&D (Design, delivery or procurement)
- Strong Business acumen
- Forward thinking, proactive and creative, self- motivates and driven
- High attention to details and problem-solving skills
- High- achieving attitude and warm and positive personality
- Experience Using Hubspot (or equivalent) for sales pipelines
