Cast UK have been appointed by VDC Trading to recruit a Customer Relations Executive who has a passion for excellent customer service and has great attention to detail.

VDC Trading has become one of the market leaders in supplying and supporting the Professional Audio, Video, Broadcast and Touring industries with cables, connectors and related ancillary products. VDC has built a reputation for the best quality of AV cabling solutions through its Van Damme brand which is increasingly specified in major AV projects around the world.

VDC Trading have worked with household names such as Foo Fighters, Muse, Abbey Road Studio, Old Trafford and Glastonbury Festival.

You would be reporting into the Commercial director and would be responsible for ensuring orders are processed quickly and correctly. Inbound Outbound calls to/from customers. Responding to customer e-mails. Liaise with operational teams including sales, accounts & technical.

The role is office-based and typical hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm.

Technical Skills Required:

• Administration/ phone skills
• Previously worked in customer facing roles
• Can do attitude and looking to excel within an up-and-coming company
• Organised and has great attention to detail
