B2B Marketing experience is essential for this position. Experience of working within Food Service Packaging is also essential. The successful candidate will have had experience of leading Strategic marketing projects. The successful candidate must also be fluent in English & French and have the ability to travel to Belgium once a week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the marketing team, providing strategic direction to enhance brand awareness, acquire customers, and drive revenue growth.
• Execute innovative marketing strategies to achieve organizational goals.
• Oversee brand strategy implementation, ensuring consistent brand presence across all channels.
• Stay informed about the target audience, market trends, and competitors to position the brand effectively and enhance its reputation.
• Drive digital marketing efforts across various platforms, including social media, SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and paid advertising.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and growth opportunities. Analyze consumer insights and competitor activities to develop effective marketing plans and adapt strategies.
• Build strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to maximize marketing resources.
• Communicate marketing plans and results effectively to key stakeholders, including senior management, to drive support and alignment.
