This is an opportunity for someone who is willing to roll up their sleeves, take responsibility and make a difference, and who will gain unique insight into the breadth of the business. You could launch a new city, a new customer segment, or a new product. No one else in the company will have as comprehensive an insight into so many different areas of the business as you do. We need someone who is just as important to make our business fast and successful.

Key Responsibilities

  • As part of our continued growth, you will be an active part of our expansion team and will report directly to our Senior Expansion Manager.
  • You will be responsible for the implementation of our expansion strategy and will lead the city launches.
  • Led the build of all go-to-market functions including recruiting, legal, operations and more.
  • Assisted in recruiting warehouse managers and mechanics within the city.
  • Be our ambassador and spread the spirit around this area

Requirements

  • 1-4 years of experience. Different launches bring different complexities and responsibilities. Maybe you've spent a year at Launcher with direct-to-market launches or several years working in a fast-paced environment (scaleup, startup, logistics, micro-mobility, consulting or other professional services). We want to know who you are and what you could bring to the table
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and willingness to solve problems
  • Flexibility to travel and spend a lot of time in your starting city, otherwise we don't care where in Germany you live.
  • Problem solving is your passion - You love to think about complex problems and implement creative solutions
  • Personal and professional development is one of your most important goals. You are ready to do what is necessary and grow not only the company but yourself tenfold with the help of a supporting team
  • data and analytics. You are data-oriented and good at working with tables and pivot tables and making forecasts. Numbers are music to your ears
  • Clear Communicator. You enjoy working with different teams and always make sure that everything is clear to everyone.
  • You're ready to smile and have fun with us, even when things go wrong. We take care of each other and support each other
  • You believe in e-mobility, our mission and our values.
  • Language skills. Native or fluent in local market language and professional/business English
