Role Profile

The incumbent will be responsible for the day to day running of a multi temperature site, you will be overseeing warehousing, transport, facilities, health and safety, recruitment need and will be accountable for site P&L.

Key Responsibilities

• You will hold full accountability for their respective sites warehouse and transport operations, as well as being responsible for site facilities, P&L management and budgeting.
• You will manage the site performance in line with the business KPI's and targets.
• You will be required to identify, propose, and deliver continuous improvement plans across all operational activities.
• To be successful in this position, you will need to ensure regular reviews with all colleagues including an Annual Reviews.
• Continuously assess staff against identified performance criteria and address any issues of performance in line with company policies.
• You will be required to ensure all disciplinary investigations are detailed, fair and consistent. Be able to carry out disciplinary, grievance and appeal hearings up to and including dismissal.
• All MHE is to be maintained and serviced in line with manufacturer, legal and SHEQ requirements and guidelines.
• Constantly manage colleague health and safety through regular, scheduled and noted welfare meetings.
