Role Profile
Our client, who are a leading Logistics business, is looking to recruit an ISO Compliance Manager to be predominantly based out of their operations in West Yorkshire. Working as part of the CI team, this is a new role within the business and will ultimately be responsible for ensuring conformity to ISO standards across the network. The role will include elements of travel across the sites so candidates need to have a flexible approach to work.
Key Responsibilities
- Working closely with all sites and departments to guide and coach in line with ISO standards and requirements
- Day to day management of a compliance auditor, ensuring they have set tasks and deliver set KPI's
- Reporting around areas of ISO standards
- Management and investigation of any instances of non-conformity
- Carry out internal audits in line with business requirements
- Liaise with external auditing bodies and ensure they are managed effectively
- Communicate with other stakeholders and areas of the business such as Transport, HR, Finance etc
Skills & Experience
- Proven background working in ISO compliance
- Experience working within Logistics/ Supply Chain environments
- Excellent administration and report writing skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to conduct root cause analysis and NCR process
