Role Profile

My client is looking for an experienced and results-driven, modern marketer who will drive qualified pipeline for the DACHIT region. This role is responsible for developing a predictable and scalable demand generation engine that delivers revenue for a SaaS-based platform. The ideal candidate is a metrics-driven with a proven track record of developing integrated campaigns for a SaaS-based solution across multiple channels, including email marketing, organic and paid digital marketing channels, SEO, ABM, and more.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver marketing campaigns and programmes to support Field Sales in achievement of company revenue targets for our SaaS solutions. Experience in Fintech solutions and industry will be an advantage!
  • Work closely with the VP Sales & Operations, Sales Directors & their teams to deliver a clear 'Go to Market' strategy and tactical plan for each solution that results in the delivery of organisational targets., programme creation, direct marketing, webinars, digital campaigns, events and email campaigns, targeted ABM programmes, and field sales education.
  • Grow the marketing and sales funnel through execution of demand gen strategies creating and qualifying leads through multiple lead-generation initiatives including SEO, PPC, paid social media, email, events, etc.
  • Monitor results of campaigns and determine necessary adjustments to optimize overall marketing effectiveness in line with budgeted marketing spend
  • Develop, drive and measure account-based marketing programs
  • Regularly report on results (ROI) for all marketing campaigns and activities
  • Work closely with the DACHIT marketing leadership to assist with the creation and delivery of the DACHIT Marketing Plan.
  • Ensure close collaboration and teamwork across the entire marketing team to deliver departmental objectives.
  • Ensure an ongoing knowledge of market and competitor activity relating to the solution streams.
  • Manage regional marketing budget, track activity results, and return on investment

Requirements

  • 5 years experience in B2B / technology modern marketing with - B2B Hardware or SaaS industry knowledge and experience.
  • Demonstrable and extensive B2B marketing experience working in a high-profile, fast-paced, results-oriented enterprise software business.
  • Passion for working closely with Field Sales.
  • Strong track record at end-to-end campaign execution and delivering results.
  • Knowledge and experience with modern demand generation and integrated marketing, knowing when to deploy each type of activity for maximum effectiveness
  • Strong project management skills and ability to perform in fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • Strategically minded but able to deliver tactical tasks and execute at speed; working or desire to work in a fast growth environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • High level of literacy and numeracy
  • Analytical with an ability to make observations and recommendations
  • Strong project management skills
  • Self-starter with ability to roll up sleeves and get involved in the nitty gritty.
  • Creative, intuitive and thinks out of the box
  • A bachelor's degree (preferably in a marketing discipline).
  • Experience with key digital channels and platforms, such as Salesforce, 6Sense, Marketing Automation Platform (such as Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua)
  • Fluent English & German
