Key Responsibilities
You will provide administrative support to the Sales and Marketing Team by:
- Preparing Customer Quotations, Pricing, Contracts and T&Cs
- Supporting with new product introduction, product launches and changes to existing products
- Building excellent marketing knowledge including competitor products and pricing
- Assisting with category plans and market mapping
- Using Canva to produce marketing material
- Updating and maintaining company websites
- Using Google Analytics to report on performance of website and marketing campaigns
- Producing high quality customer presentations for the sales team to support sales pitches and tenders

Ideal Skills and Experience
- Proven track record in a sales support / marketing support role
- Drive and ambition to progress a career within Sales and Marketing
- Experience working alongside a sales team in a B2B environment
- Good knowledge of social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
- Experience using Canva for creating marketing materials
- Familiarity with Google Analytics for tracking and reporting
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
- Organised with attention to detail
- Great cross functional collaboration and communication skills
