Role Profile
Our client is a thriving manufacturing business with a site in Cornwall. They are currently looking to appoint a Plant Manager with a proven track record in change management and continuous improvement to oversee the running of a busy manufacturing operation.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Daily management and coordination of a busy manufacturing plant
- Overseeing all departments onsite including Production, Maintenance, Stores, Shipping, Quality and Planning
- Ensuring profitability and optimal performance of the operation
- Identifying and driving change management initiatives to improve plant efficiency, including continuous improvement, Lean and Six Sigma initiatives
Skills and Experience
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Proven track record in previous Plant Manager roles
- Experience in fast paced, high volume manufacturing environments
- Good knowledge of engineering / preventative maintenance
- Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proven track record in change management
