An award-winning start-up, is seeking a Production Supervisor to join their energetic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising all aspects of production, including sourcing ingredients, supply chain management, and supporting production manager on batch production and compliance.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise the production process from start to finish, ensuring that all products are of the highest quality and meet customer expectations
- Source ingredients and supervisethe supply chain to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement production plans that meet business goals and objectives
- Work closely with Production Manager to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Monitor production costs and identify areas for improvement to increase efficiency and reduce waste
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best possible prices and terms
- Oversee the production team and ensure that all staff are trained and equipped to carry out their duties effectively

Requirements:

- Proven experience in a production supervisor role, preferably in the food or drink industry
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards
