Are you a project coordinator with solid experience of delivering a variety of projects?
We are currently recruiting a Project Coordinator with strong delivery skills and the ability to manage projects across a number of departments with a focus on innovation and development.
This is an excellent opportunity to work as part of a highly skilled team within an innovative and fast-paced organisation that is currently working on a wide range of cutting-edge projects.
What will the role involve?
Be responsible for delivering a portfolio of projects (to scope, quality, time and cost), ensuring the desired result is achieved and the key stakeholders are satisfied.
Record and track all project information in the PPM software solution.
Input, update & maintain project documentation.
Provide good communication on all project matters including monthly publication of project reports.
Ensure delivery of projects through collaborative coordinated teamwork to deliver on milestones to time, quality and budget.
Ideal Skills and Experience
Experience working in a PMO or Coordination of Projects in a supporting role
Attention to detail, organisation, monitoring/tracking, following processes is essential.
Excellent IT skills, to include MS Word, MS Project, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel.
Experience of reporting of progress against plans and budgets
Collaborative working style, able to work well independently and in a team environment.
