Are you an experienced Account Manager with a background in foodservice, food packaging or hospitality supplies? Do you enjoy developing long-term customer relationships whilst identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts?

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a market-leading distribution business supplying packaging and consumables into the foodservice sector. With over two decades of continuous growth, this business has built an outstanding reputation for service, product innovation and customer support.

The Role

Managing a well-established territory across Central London and the South East, you'll inherit a portfolio of independent foodservice accounts.

This is a relationship-led role where approximately 70% of your time will focus on account management, ensuring customers continue to receive exceptional service whilst identifying opportunities to increase spend. The remaining 30% will be dedicated to winning new independent foodservice customers across the territory.

About You

We're looking for a commercially driven sales professional who enjoys managing existing relationships whilst remaining proactive in identifying new opportunities.

You'll ideally have:

• Experience selling into the foodservice or hospitality sector
• A background within food packaging, catering disposables, foodservice distribution or a closely related industry
• Strong knowledge of the Central London and South East market
• A proven track record of growing customer accounts
• The ability to develop lasting relationships whilst identifying new business opportunities
• Excellent communication and commercial negotiation skills
