I'm partnering a brilliant business to find an outgoing, collaborative, and proactive Senior Accountant to join their business and play a key part in their ongoing growth.

With a passionate line manager who's focused on developing an effective and supportive culture, a friendly and collaborative culture, and a really friendly team, this is a brilliant opportunity and one not to miss.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Accounting duties including period end, reconciliations, close activities, analysis, audit queries and reporting,
• Management of a small team, esnuring accuracy of work and adherence to deadlines,
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, collaborating cross-functionally as required,
• Support team members, investing in their own development and growth,
• Provide first-class customer services across the groups key stakeholders, building and maintaining relationships and contributing to wider organisational goals,

Skills and Experience:

• Fully Qualified Accountant,
• Active member of an accredited body,
• Management experience of small teams,
• A focus on process improvement with demonstrable gains,
