Role Profile:
I am currently looking for a Site Foreman to join an bespoke company within the events industry. You would be a crucial part of delivering exceptional events! I am seeking an experienced and organized individual to oversee on-site operations, manage event setups, and ensure smooth execution according to project specifications.
Reporting to: Operations Manager
- Supervise and coordinate on-site event setup and breakdown of semi-permanent structures
- Lead a team to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks
- Collaborate with event planners to understand project requirements
- Oversee logistics, including equipment setup, staging, and décor installations
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations
- Resolve on-site issues promptly and effectively
- Conduct quality checks to maintain high standards
Technical Skills Required:
- Proven experience as a Site Foreman or similar role in the events industry
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- In-depth knowledge of event production and setup
- Proficiency in communication and team management
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and evenings due to the industry
