Do you have the energy, drive and passion to lead an FMCG manufacturing site within a forward-thinking and modern SME?
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Site Leader to join an established FMCG business going through an exciting period of growth and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Assume full responsibility for managing all aspects of the site operation, including demand planning, materials management, production management, safety and regulatory compliance, training, and development
- Manage the site P&L and deliver the budget for sales and profits
- Ensure onsite safety and compliance with company quality management system and BRC requirements
- Manage and motivate a team of c 20 office and production staff

Ideal Skills and Experience
- 5 years' experience in operational management
- Proven track record in an FMCG manufacturing environment
- Previous experience managing and delivering P&L and delivering sales and profit targets.
- Hands-on experience of forecasting, demand planning, materials management and inventory control
- Familiarity with BRC or similar audits standards
- Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
