Cast UK have been appointed by Swissport UK&I to recruit a Station GM for Dublin Airport. This is a key senior Operational Management position and will be responsible for business Operations at Station level.

Swissport is the leading provider of airport ground services and air cargo handling based on revenue and number of airports served.

This position will hold full financial and operational responsibility for Dublin Airport and report into the Regional Operations Director.

Responsibilities

• Day to day operational excellence of the station - you will be benchmarked on Driving Transformation, Commerical Acumen and Coaching & Development
• Implement, oversee and monitor all Health & Safety measures ensuring KPIs are maintained and improved on
• Monitor and track quality standards of the Ground Handling Operation - you will manage and co-ordinate Operations with Station Management Teams to ensure high levels of service are delivered consistently
• Develop and maintain effective relationships across key stakeholders whilst leading and developing a functional operations team

Requirements

• Previous experience working with an Airline or Service Provider is preferred
• Experience managing large teams within Hospitality, Logistics or Retail
• Working knowledge of Business Management, Financial Concepts & key drivers of profitability and operational performance delivery
• Track record of improving Operational performance
• Experience managing multiple Stakeholders and multi-user sites
